1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reseta mobile application, public website, contact pages, premium services, AI features, and related services ("Reseta" or the "Service").

The Service is provided by Huma Software Inc. ("Huma", "Reseta", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Reseta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. What Reseta Provides

Reseta is a personal development and productivity service. Features may include:

• Habit creation, tracking, pausing, archiving, and reminders
• Task management
• Journal and mood tracking
• Focus and pomodoro-style sessions
• Seasons, habit packs, templates, XP, badges, and progress tracking
• Leaderboards and gamified progress
• Premium subscription features
• Rewarded ads and free-user limits
• AI-assisted chat, journal reflection, user understanding, and personalization
• Analytics and insights about your own progress

We may add, remove, change, limit, or discontinue features at any time, provided that we do not intentionally remove paid features in a way that violates applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the Service under the laws that apply to you.

Reseta is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required by local law to use online services without parental consent, you may use Reseta only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Account Registration and Security

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials and device secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Not sharing your account with others in a way that violates these Terms

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.

6. User Content

"User Content" means content you create, upload, enter, store, or generate through the Service, including habits, tasks, journal entries, messages, AI prompts, profile information, and support requests.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use your User Content only as necessary to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Sync your data across devices
• Generate AI responses and personalization where you use AI features
• Provide support and safety features
• Improve reliability, security, and abuse prevention
• Comply with legal obligations

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Reseta for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or attack the Service
• Bypass free-user limits, premium limits, subscription controls, ad rewards, or security mechanisms
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Use the Service to exploit, harm, sexualize, or endanger minors
• Submit content that violates the rights of others
• Use AI features to generate illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, abusive, or dangerous content
• Misrepresent AI responses as professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. AI Features and Important Disclaimers

Reseta may provide AI-assisted features for reflection, journaling, motivation, productivity, and personal development.

AI responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. AI features are not a substitute for professional advice.

Reseta does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, emergency, or crisis services. If you may harm yourself or others, feel unsafe, or are in an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

You are responsible for evaluating AI responses before relying on them. We may limit or refuse AI responses for safety, legal, policy, or abuse-prevention reasons.

9. Free Features, Premium Features, and Limits

Reseta may offer both free and paid features. Free users may be subject to limits, including limits on habits, AI usage, templates, analytics, seasons, reminders, or other features.

Premium users may receive expanded limits or additional features while their subscription or premium entitlement is active.

If a premium subscription, free trial, promotional entitlement, or manual entitlement ends, premium-only access may be removed. Some existing data may remain in your account, but active use of premium-only or limit-exceeding features may be paused, restricted, or require a new premium subscription.

For example, if you created more active habits while premium and later return to the free plan, Reseta may pause excess habits and require you to choose which habits to keep active within the free limit, or require premium to resume all paused habits.

10. Subscriptions, Free Trials, Renewals, and Payments

Reseta may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play. Available plans may include monthly and annual subscriptions. Annual plans may be offered at a discounted effective monthly rate.

Some subscription offers may include a free trial, such as a 7-day trial, where displayed in the store checkout or in the app. Trial availability may depend on eligibility, store rules, region, prior subscription history, and platform policies.

The exact price, billing period, trial terms, renewal terms, currency, taxes, and cancellation instructions are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Store checkout terms control if they differ from in-app explanatory text.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple or Google rules before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

We do not process payment card details directly. Refunds, chargebacks, billing disputes, and cancellation eligibility are generally handled by Apple or Google under their policies, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Ads and Rewarded Ads

The free version of Reseta may show ads. Reseta may also offer rewarded ads that grant limited feature access or additional quota.

Ad availability, reward availability, reward amount, and ad frequency may vary by region, device, account status, ad provider availability, abuse-prevention rules, and technical conditions.

We may change or remove ad-based rewards at any time. Attempting to manipulate ad rewards, replay ad events, or bypass reward limits is prohibited.

12. Notifications and Reminders

Reseta may allow you to set reminders and notifications for habits, tasks, focus sessions, seasons, or other features.

Notification delivery depends on your device, operating system, permissions, battery settings, network conditions, time settings, and platform limitations. We do not guarantee that every notification or reminder will be delivered exactly on time or at all.

You remain responsible for your own schedules, actions, and obligations.

13. Data Sync, Local Data, and Backups

Reseta may use local storage on your device and cloud sync through backend services. Sync may be delayed or interrupted due to network issues, device settings, server issues, or app version differences.

We take reasonable steps to preserve your data, but we do not guarantee that data will never be lost, delayed, corrupted, or unavailable. You should not rely on Reseta as the only place to store critical information.

14. Leaderboards, XP, Badges, and Gamification

Reseta may include XP, badges, levels, streaks, rankings, and leaderboards. These features are for motivation and product experience.

We may adjust formulas, remove fraudulent or invalid entries, seed or test non-real leaderboard entries, or reset/recompute gamification data to maintain fairness, quality, and system integrity.

15. Third-Party Services

Reseta relies on third-party services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, Google Cloud, RevenueCat, AdMob, Gemini/Google AI services, analytics providers, and storage providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, payment processing decisions, store account restrictions, ad availability, or external service policies.

16. Intellectual Property

Reseta, including its design, software, features, trademarks, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Huma or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Reseta or any intellectual property rights, except for the limited right to use the Service according to these Terms.

17. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Reseta may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, or changed due to maintenance, updates, security issues, outages, technical problems, legal requirements, or business decisions.

We may update the app, change features, introduce or remove limits, modify pricing, or discontinue parts of the Service. Where required, changes to paid subscriptions will follow Apple, Google, and applicable consumer protection rules.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Reseta if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account creates legal, security, fraud, abuse, or operational risk
• Required by law or platform rules
• The Service or part of it is discontinued

You may stop using Reseta at any time and may delete your account where available in the app.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reseta is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, specific outcomes, personal improvement results, uninterrupted AI availability, or exact notification delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, lost profits, lost opportunities, emotional distress, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Huma harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of the rights of others.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection or local laws provide otherwise.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you through the app, website, email, store listing, or another appropriate method. Continued use of Reseta after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
